This course introduces you to the principles needed to be successful in a rapidly-growing food service operation.  This course is perfect for any food industry professional with roles in service, sanitation, production, quality, storage and maintenance.  Upon completion of this course, students will earn the Servsafe Food Handlers certificate.   ServSafe course developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association.  1-hour examination taken at the end of the course.
