« back to classes page
The OSHA 30-HOUR CONSTRUCTION TRAINING COURSE (“OSHA30 CON”) is designed to instruct foremen, supervisors, superintendents, competent persons, safety staff, safety committee members and others with responsibility for workplace safety, on the basic OSHA health and safety regulations affecting construction workplaces. Additionally, the OSHA30 CON provides students with an overview of how the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) functions, and there are no prerequisites required to take the course.
The OSHA30 CON is based upon the federal OSHA 1926 construction regulations, and each student at one of our on-site employer-sponsored classes will receive their own copy of the OSHA 1926 construction standards as part of their course materials. We address state-specific OSHA requirements for trainees - where applicable – and the course is intended for operations such as demolition jobs, new construction projects and major renovation work.
