ORIENTATION CLASS 3/30/26 FAA Remote Pilot Airman WCG

The Remote Pilot Airman Course covers all information required to pass FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Part 107 test to become a certified commercial small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) Pilot.  This includes learning and understanding rules and regulations to operate sUAS in the National Airspace System (NAS). Students will be able to properly plan an operation, safely operate an sUAS, perform small maintenance procedures and correctly log pilot and aircraft hours.  Instruction provides optimal hands-on flying experience of piloting an sUAS. Those successfully completing the class are eligible to receive credit for prior learning for UMS 107 (sUAS Remote Pilot Ground School).
