Function of the Kitchen

This course introduces new and experienced back-of-the-house professionals to sufficiently perform duties to enhance hospitality organizations.  Students will identify behaviors for establishing successful working relationships in the kitchen, understanding challenges of working in a fast-paced food service environment while using communication as a tool to achieve forecasted goals in the kitchen.  Upon completion, students will earn the Certified Kitchen Cook credential.
